THE CHALLENGE

Tamayoz is a leading Real Estate company, with outstanding experiences in Saudi Arabia and leading projects achieved during 2 decades, came into the New Capital market with a distinguished mixed-use project two years ago, Now she needs a guide to highlight its first project in the New Capital city.

THE APPROACH

Etqan was tasked to carry out commercial audit to define the pain points and to set a fly integrated commercial plan. We started with providing the company with our New Capital market research, moreover an intensive market research for the MU23, their area of competition. We held several interviews and meetings with the stakeholders and top management to make sure we get their objectives and understand their actual situation.

THE RESULTS

After conducting the commercial audit, we are aware of the company’s resources, we started with amending the best-match Organizational Diagram and selecting the best candidates through Etqan’s CV bank. In parallel with the financial feasibility study, our factual pricing plan is based on our competitive analysis. Our branding strategy for re-positioning the company and introduce it to the New Capital market is successfully done through our Digital strategy, Outdoor campaigns, and Broker Acquisition campaign. We made the best usage of the unique selling propositions for project. Workshops and trainings are held to support the sales and the marketing team and ensure consistency and that they are all working through the same objective.
