Concrete was facing several challenges before launching C-YARD:
- This project marks the company’s first venture after the rebranding.
- Their initial acquaintance with brokerage firms wasn’t yet strengthened.
- High competition in Al Banafseg area, with prices and construction rates being similar among projects.
- Insufficient information about the project among brokers.
- Lack of sales team knowledge of commercial projects and relationships with brokerage firms.
THE APPROACH
Etqan assisted Concrete in assembling a sales team experienced in the real estate market with good relations with brokerage firms along with appointing a Commercial Director.
Etqan also developed a unique selling concept for the project, focusing on the Middle Investment segment to align with the project’s size and area, facilitating the sales process, and highlighting key Unique Selling Points (USPs) such as the project’s location.
THE RESULTS
With Etqan’s assistance, C-YARD project was successfully launched, with all the communication messages and social media designs executed by our branding team.
Etqan’s support enabled Concrete’s sales team to undergo thorough training, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively engage with both brokers and consumers, thereby spreading awareness and informing the public about C-YARD.
