House Hub limited is a UK real estate company established to fill the gap between property sales and property management. The company was established by Mohamed Farghaly who realized that there were very few companies that provide excellent projects and integrated management and sales processes. As this business model is a kind of “Brand New”. House Hub needed a guidance to make sure they are Standing on the shoulders of giants.
THE APPROACH

We also wanted our client to take the wisest business decisions! We started with the Financial Feasibility study.
THE RESULTS
Etqan conducted a financial feasibility study, The Business Plan which identified the context of the business opportunity, determined the factors that will determine whether the venture will be successful, and the approach to exploit the opportunity. We have tailored the branding strategy. We have tailored the comprehensive plan and the overall strategy and the business model. We supervised the commercial activities and managed the communications with all the agencies and commercial third parties.
