At the beginning of 2023, Tamayoz Developments faced several challenges in the competitive New Cairo real estate market. Despite a strong track record, the company needed to enhance its market presence and appeal to a more discerning clientele. To address this, Tamayoz sought to refresh their brand and strategically position their new project, The Lark Residence, to capture market share and distinguish itself from competitors.

Key challenges included:

THE APPROACH

Strategic Rebranding and Market Analysis

In response to these challenges, Etqan Consultancy implemented a strategic shift known as “Upscaling Everything” to enhance Tamayoz’s market positioning. This strategy involved a detailed internal analysis of Tamayoz’s capabilities and culture. Our findings revealed a strong clan culture, which guided our approach to branding and project development.

Brandline Development

We introduced the brandline “The Lark” to unify Tamayoz’s projects under a single, distinctive identity. For The Lark Residence, we aimed to innovate within this framework, crafting a unique concept that resonated with Tamayoz’s evolving vision.

Conceptual and Design Research

Our team conducted in-depth research on the project’s land and location, assessing competitive benchmarks and market trends. We proposed a concept centered around an art-based community, inspired by various art movements. This concept was then communicated to architect Mohamed Hafez, who designed a project that seamlessly integrated artistic elements into its architecture.

Marketing and Communication Strategy

We developed a comprehensive marketing plan that included:

  • Outdoor Campaigns: To maximize visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Social Media Strategies: To engage with a wider audience and generate buzz.
  • Launch Event: A high-profile event designed to unveil The Lark Residence and attract key stakeholders, including brokers and industry professionals.

THE RESULTS

The launch of The Lark Residence proved to be highly successful, exceeding expectations in multiple areas:

  • High Reservation Rates: Following the launch event, Tamayoz Developments experienced a significant surge in reservations, demonstrating the effectiveness of our branding and marketing strategies.
